This modern manufactured walnut stock is for the Springfield Armory model 1873 trapdoor carbine and is in very good condition needing final fitting, sanding and shaping of the forearm tip and butt plate sections where extra material is still present. Additionally the stock has a couple of defects on the right rear section which contain a filler material that can seen in the photos.
